I make clean, user-friendly things for web and mobile. I also trip over cables, spill coffee on the moodboard, and somehow still ship on time.

and the person holding the rope —
Hello, I'm Muskan.
I design digital products across web and mobile, and I care most about the part before the pixels — understanding who is on the other side, mapping what they are trying to do, and cutting the steps that do not earn their place. Then I build the interface, and the system that keeps it consistent once I have gone.
and roughly how it goes —
The way I work.
Neither of those projects started with a screen. They started with a question about who was actually going to use the thing.

01
Ask the boring questions first
How often does this person sign in? What do they already know? The unglamorous answers are where the interesting decisions come from.
-
02
Map it before you draw it
Journeys, flows and states on paper first. It is much cheaper to move a step than to redesign a screen.
-
03
Clarity over decoration
Hierarchy, then contrast, then everything else. If someone has to hunt for the one thing that matters, the layout has not earned its keep.

04
Leave a system behind
Components, variants, tokens and annotations — built to be handed over, not just admired.
that's the lot —
Thank you.
If any of it looked like the kind of thing you need, I would love to hear about it.
